Another 2 Bite the Dust

I lost another 2 lbs this week doing an adapted version of the original plan. (I even ate pizza with the kids the other night.) My first goal is REALLY in sight now. 10 lbs down, 10 to go for goal number 1 :)


  1. congrats! once you find what works for you, the pounds start coming off and you won't feel completely deprived. it's ok to indulge every now and then. you'll drive yourself crazy if you don't!

  2. Yeah for both of you!! So glad it is working. Keep at it even when it gets tough; it will be worth it. Just think how good you are going to feel and how healthy you will be!
